This is a test asset I created during my time as a lead at Halfbrick to demonstrate that Spine is a strong alternative to their outdated proprietary tools. Following this, the entire production pipeline for Jetpack Joyride was transitioned to Spine, while still maintaining the pixel art style.

Creating these involves taking 2D drawings and transforming them into 3D animations by modeling and rigging a face, then projecting 2D artwork onto it with a PBR material setup.
